Reservation Guarantee Deposit: A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for one to three nights is required to guarantee a reservation. The deposit is charged when the reservation is made.

Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund: If you are unable to honor your reservation, call (800) 562-3477 and cancel prior to these deadlines:

• Low and High Season: $20.00 – $30.00 cancellation fee: 48 Hours – Notify KOA by 4 p.m. two days prior to arrival date.
• High Season Holiday Dates: $40.00 cancellation fee: 7 Days, 3 night MINIMIM – Notify KOA 7 days prior to arrival date.
• High Season Holidays are June 27th - July 6th, July 8th - July 13th, August 1st - August 10th
• Lodge: $100 cancellation fee: 7 Days – Notify KOA 7 days prior to arrival date.

Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Charges: Low and High Season: A $20.00 – $30.00 cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made prior to deadlines above. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of the total deposit. Lodge Cancellation is $100.00 minimum charge.

Notify KOA 7 days prior to arrival date; site cancellation is $40.00 each site, Lodge cancellation is $100.00 minimum charge.

HOLIDAY DATES TO REMEMBER

Lodge Cancellation: 2 NIGHT MINIMUM ON WEEKENDS; 3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS $100.00 fee for cancellations made prior to deadline: 7 days ahead. Cancellations made after deadline will result in a forfeiture of all deposit.
