the Tahoe Chateau.

The Tahoe Chateau is located just five minutes from the Tahoe Airport and is centrally located to restaurants, ski resorts, golf courses, boating, water skiing and sport fishing on Lake Tahoe. Surrounded by beautiful forest and mountain views, the Tahoe Chateau is a classic mountain home with knotty pine ceilings, comfortable furnishings and spacious backyard - we hope it will become your family's favorite! Located 4 miles from South Lake Tahoe and 9 miles to the casinos at the Lake Tahoe KOA. Lake Tahoe KOA features a heated swimming pool, playground & convenience store complete with movie rentals & a variety of supplies & souvenirs.

The Chateau features a beautiful 1,800 square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and TV Lounge. The estate is an ideal setting for family reunions, weddings and retreats especially when paired with our KOA Chalet, Kamping Lodge and Full Hookup & Tent Campsites located at Lake Tahoe KOA.

The spacious backyard is comfortably furnished with lounge chairs, picnic tables and a campfire ring for roasting marshmallows. A gas barbeque is provided with all the equipment needed for grilling and there is a play area for the kids with tire swing and slide.

DOWNSTAIRS
The kitchen accommodates any busy family's needs with a full size refrigerator double sink, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots & pans and plenty of dishes, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve a wonderful family dinner. Take a seat at the table for eight or at the two counter barstools. More seating is available for the kids either upstairs in the TV Lounge or outside at the picnic tables.

UPSTAIRS
With a quick jaunt up the stairs you will find FOUR BEDROOMS, TWO BATHROOMS, plus a TV LOUNGE. The Bedrooms each have one KING size bed and one TWIN size bed.

• Master Bedroom One: Lodge Pole King Size bed, Twin size bed, TV, DVD Player, reclining chair, dresser drawer and two spacious closets.
• Master Bedroom Two: King Size bed, Twin size bed, TV, reclining chair, wood burning stove, and two spacious closets.
• Guest Bedroom Three: King Size bed, Twin size bed, TV, comfy chair and closet.
• Guest Bedroom Four: Queen Size bed, Twin size bed, comfy chair and closet.

All beds have sheets and comforters, with extra blankets in the closets. One bath, one hand towel and one washcloth provided for each guest. (Additional linens are available with a fee.)

The TV LOUNGE offers comfortable seating with a corner sofa, two club chairs, coffee table, small refrigerator and large screen TV. We supply several family fun games for your entertainment; and $1 video rentals are available at our KOA store! (Popcorn included!)

HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION
Wireless access is available at this property - however we can neither guarantee service nor trouble shoot any problems.

CELL PHONES
Recently installed a Cell Phone Repeater so most servers have good service. Some servers are not as good as others. We do not guarantee that you will have service, but you can usually walk just outside and find signal.
